I am a mommy of two little ones (ages 2 & 4) who is trying my best to raise a healthy family and keep my sanity at the same time. I am a former consumer product marketer turned stay at home mom, a former Midwesterner turned Phoenix area transplant, and a former (well, okay current, but not as often) take-out food orderer who is now trying to make dinner with veggies picked in the backyard.
